Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data is collected on zanosgp.com and through the Zanos GP closed alpha application, why, and what rights you have.
Who is responsible
Zanos GP is developed by Zanos Dynamics. Zanos Dynamics is not yet a registered company. Until it is, the controller of your personal data is Uros Markovic, a private individual based in Serbia.

What we collect and why
Analytics (only with your consent)
If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked. Google Analytics sets cookies (names starting with _ga) and processes data such as your approximate location, device and browser type, and pages visited. Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses. If you reject or ignore the banner, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Closed alpha applications
If you apply for the closed alpha, we collect the information you enter in the application form, such as your email address, Discord username, country or time zone, PC hardware, controller or rig setup, riding and sim racing experience, and, if you share it, a link to your channel. The form is hosted on Google Forms. We use this information only to select testers, contact selected applicants and organise testing.
Legal basis: your consent, which you give when you submit the form.
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply and to handle your request.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering messages sent to us.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google). Like any web server, it processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages to you and to keep the service secure.

What we do not do
We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed below.
Service providers
- Google (Google Analytics, Google Forms, Firebase Hosting)
These providers process data on our behalf. Google may process data outside Serbia and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Google participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Fonts are served from zanosgp.com itself, so no data is sent to font services. Embedded YouTube videos load only after you click play, and then use YouTube's privacy enhanced mode. Links to Discord, YouTube, X, Instagram and TikTok take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep data
- Analytics data: kept by Google Analytics for the retention period set in our account (2 months), then deleted automatically.
- Closed alpha applications: kept until the end of the testing programme, and at the latest until Zanos GP launches in Early Access. Applications that were not selected are deleted at that point. Selected testers' data is kept for as long as they take part in testing.
- Emails: kept as long as needed to handle your request.
You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- have it corrected or deleted
- restrict or object to its processing
- receive it in a portable format
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing done before you withdrew it
To use any of these rights, email contact@zanosgp.com. We will reply within 30 days.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In Serbia, this is the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (Poverenik). If you live in the European Union, you can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Children
Zanos GP and this site are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Closed alpha applicants must be at least 16 years old.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
